Helped teams figure out how to build things on AWS without over-engineering them. Lots of LLM workloads, microservices, and the occasional “please don’t put everything in one Lambda.”

Built a Kubernetes Operator to squeeze more out of clusters — shipped it as open source (node-refiner). Monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana.

Owned the product for a platform connecting 35,000 young people with organizations across 120+ countries. Managed aiesec.org end-to-end — redesigned user flows, shipped a mobile app, and rolled out a support framework across 70 national offices. Montreal-based, global scope.

Led the tech strategy for AIESEC’s Egyptian national office as part of the executive board. Built a BI tool that got adopted in 120+ countries, launched a new web platform, and ran a dev team of 6. Where I learned that shipping beats planning.
